What pack sizes are available?

SXSTRIP is available in 5-strip, 10-strip, and 20-strip options. Check the product page for current availability and prices.

Do all pack sizes include the retail box?

No. The 5-strip and 10-strip options are supplied without the original retail box. The 20-strip option includes the original retail box. Each strip is individually sealed.

How do I use SXSTRIP?

Place one strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve completely. Do not use more than one strip within 24 hours. Review the package label for all directions and warnings before use.

Where can I find the ingredients, directions, and warnings?

Review the product page and the package label before use. Follow the directions and warnings on the package label. Do not use a strip if its individual wrapper is damaged or open.

Shipping

Where does my order ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, estimated transit for U.S. orders is 7–21 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is $30 per order. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Contact sxstrip@outlook.com within 3 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind returns require unused, unopened products with each strip's wrapper intact. We review eligibility and provide instructions before any return is sent. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms, including return shipping costs and damaged or incorrect items.
